Our online screening process is simple and quick - you simply need to declare your medical condition to us and you will be offered a policy that covers all your needs with an additional medical premium attached. Not all medical conditions will incur an additional premium and we do not cover all conditions. However, the vast majority of travellers heading abroad, who wish to cover themselves for specific medical issues, will be able to do so through CoverForYou.

What Medical Conditions Are Covered?

A large number of medical conditions can be covered through our medical travel insurance policy. Some of the most common medical conditions that we cover are arthritis, asthma, cancer, dementia, heart attacks & bypasses, high blood pressure and strokes. Covering these medical conditions if they are pre-existing, means that your insurance will cover you if you fall ill due to this illness abroad. You do not need to cover any conditions that are not pre-existing.

Please Note: Please note no cover is provided where, prior to your trip commencing, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade have advised against all (but essential) travel. Please refer to the policy wording for full terms and conditions for more information. Cover is subject to approval of screened conditions.
